The exhibition titled "Nawara and Friends" showcases the work of Jim Nawara and Lucille Procter Nawara, who are early influencers of contemporary artists in Detroit. Additionally, it features four prominent painters and educators: Rick Vian, Susan Friedman, Clinton Snyder, and Shirley Parish.
Each of these individuals has made a significant impact on the Detroit art community.
